Recipients must use their tickets within one year of the purchase date. Member discounts may not be applied toward the purchase of gift tickets. You cannot edit the purchase date of the ticket and extensions are not allowed. Recipients may not apply their gift ticket toward the cost of membership. Museum admission is non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may email info@famok.org to request that your unused admission be converted to a tax-deductible donation. If the museum is closed due to inclement weather, FAM will automatically refund admission to the purchaser’s original form of payment. You will then receive an email with instructions to reschedule your visit.
